Alcester sign new midfielder
Trinder, a former FC Stratford player, was on the bench on Saturday when Alcester bounced back from the 8-1 defeat to Smithswood two weeks ago by defeating Redditch Borough 1-0.
“He’s a player I’ve been keeping an eye on all season and he hadn’t been getting much game time at Leamington Hibernian,” said Robbins.
“He was their captain last year and for whatever reason has found himself out of favor this term under the new management but I know he will be a big player for us.
“He’s another lad who has played higher up the pyramid. He is very versatile, has a great work ethic and good ability so we are glad to have him on board.”
Alcester travel to Coventrians on Saturday.
