What’s on: Warwick production of Three Sisters, by Anton Chekhov




PLAYBOX Theatre brings Three Sisters, by Anton Chekhov to the Dream Factory, Warwick, from 21st to 23rd March.

The new treatment of Chekhov’s most tragic of plays will be directed by Mary King.

In a room in a house in a provincial town, three sisters wait for their lives to begin. Olga, the eldest. Masha, the middle child. Irina, the youngest.

They search for their meaning in the modern world and long to return to the excitement of Moscow.

With a succession of visitors, family and lovers, events unfold that will shape their destinies.

This harrowing drama is brought to the stage by some of Playbox Theatre’s finest actors, and is suitable for audiences aged 10+.
