What’s on this weekend - Get a taste for Alcester Food Festival

FOUNDED by locals in 2010, Alcester Food Festival, which takes place on Saturday (18th May) is a community benefit society.

This means it gives back any profits to the local community.

The festival is organised by a small group of un-paid volunteers, who get help from some local organisations who volunteer their time on the day to help out.

It attracts thousands of visitors to sample around 100 stalls and has become increasingly popular; it’s now one of the biggest events in the town’s yearly calendar.
