MUSIC legend Sir Tom Jones is to play at open air gig at Ragley Hall, it has been announced this morning, Monday.

The concert on Thursday, 12th July, is one of five concerts this summer.

It will be the first of three concerts that week, with Madness the following night and Il Divo on the Saturday.

The crooner's other concerts this summer will be at the Old Royal Naval College in London; Euston Hall in Suffolk; Englefield Estate in Newbury; Stansted Park in Hampshire; and Belvoir Castle in Leicestershire.

Peter Taylor, director of promoters Cuffe and Taylor, said: “This tour will be an amazing series of concerts in some of the most magnificent and beautiful locations and we are delighted we have been able to include a date at Ragley Hall.”

Tickets go on general sale at 9am Friday, 2nd March.

Ragley Hall announced last month that they were significantly reducing the amount of time the house and estate is open to the public and were instead focusing on big events.
