Stratford pub unveils its new menu and loyalty card scheme

WINNER of three best pub awards, The Coach House in Stratford has launched a new menu and a loyalty card.

Starters include Sauteed Chilli & Chorizo Prawns, handmade Chorizo & Black Pudding Scotch Egg, and a delicious Chicken Tikka Naan while the sandwich selection takes the humble lunchtime favourite to another level.

The Pub Classics you expect from a Great British pub are available, including the delicious Davenports Beer Battered Fish & Chips, Hunters Chicken and 10oz Sirloin Steak.

Switch-up the flavours with BBQ Bourbon Ribs, King Prawn Thai Style Curry and amongst other dishes a Wild Mushroom & Parmesan Risotto.

In line with the trend for Instagramable burgers, the pub has put lots of substance behind the style. The Chicken Burger sees a fried chicken schnitzel presented on a base of cabbage, tomato, pickled gherkins, topped with cheese sauce and slaw but you might be swayed away from the meat options with their Wild Mushroom Burger topped with truffle mayonnaise and truffle cheese sauce.

Katie McPhilimey, marketing director said: “With each award we must elevate, but also stay true to our Great British pub roots. We are known for adding more into the customer experience with free live music and events, so the Loyalty Card takes this a step further as points turn into free food and drinks.”
