Tails are wagging in excitement at Stratford Picturehouse as they prepare to host a dog friendly screening at 11am today (Sunday).

Film-fans are invited to bring their well-behaved dogs to the screening of Wes Anderson’s Isle Of Dogs opens.

It always feels like Christmas has come early when Wes Anderson releases a new film, and his latest triumph, Isle Of Dogs, is no exception. The idiosyncratic director has returned to the world of beautifully-captured animation — as he did with 2009’s Fantastic Mr Fox — for a unique shaggy-dog tale sure to delight audiences of all ages and breeds.
