A Christmas gift guide with a Warwickshire flavour

HANDS up, who’s already bought all their Christmas presents? I’m guessing it will mostly be the mums working their way through the lists if our family is anything to go by. My dad and husband usually wait till the last minute and don’t hit the shops till all the good stuff has gone. If you still have a few presents to buy, don’t panic, GEORGINA FULLER has put together a handy little guide to help you find the perfect pressie for your family members.

Mulberry silk pillowcase

If there is one thing us mums are in need of over Christmas it’s sleep. I remember one year when my now eight-year-old woke us all up at 3am. I’ve got my eye on a mulberry silk pillow which is supposed to be good for wrinkles (need all the help I can get!) and hair. A PR friend kindly sent me a lovely one from a haircare company called Razzl Dazzl Hair. It’s a woman-made business for women and I can vouch for its silky soft quality. £55.

Award-winning English wine producer Gusbourne has a selection of mouth-watering sparkling and still wines, from a crisp glass of Blanc De Blancs 2018 to a magnum of Rosé.
