ALCESTER Town moved up to second in Midland League Division Three following a 5-0 victory over Birmingham Tigers at Stratford Road.

Shipston slumped to their seventh league defeat of the season following a 4-2 loss at FC Shush.

Central Ajax came out on top of a ten-goal thriller against Castle Vale at Ajax Park. Matt Layton led the way with a hat-trick, with Ajax's other goals coming courtesy of Nick Dyde, Alex Andrews and an own goal.
