Town face away tie if they progress in Red Insure Cup

Town’s clash with Kettering Town will now take place next Tuesday, 27 October, after the Poppies’ FA Cup replay prompted a postponement last week.

The Evo-Stik Southern League announced the draw for the second round, and Town or Kettering will be on the road to Bedford Town or Hitchin Town.

That tie will be played next Monday.

Stratford claimed a 3-2 win at Hitchin in the opening Premier Division game of the season, while Bedford lie mid-table in the Central Division.
