The Bidford-based team came away with just a handful of points after Dan Lloyd and Jason Plato struggled around the Scottish circuit.

In qualifying Lloyd put his Vauxhall Astra 12th on the grid for race one after clocking 51.187s while Plato was slightly further back in 15th after setting a time of 51.273s.

Lloyd unfortunately retired on lap three of the first race while Plato managed to come home in 14th, picking up two points in the process.

Race two provided more frustration for Lloyd who could only cross the line in 26th, having started in 19th.

There were better fortunes for two-time champion Plato, though, as he climbed his way through the pack to finish eighth to claim another eight points.

For the third and final race, Lloyd would start in 26th and Plato in second after the reverse grid draw.

Unfortunately for Plato, he slipped down the order in this race and came home ninth to register seven points while Lloyd made a few overtakes en route to taking the chequered flag 18th.

Plato currently sits 13th in the drivers' standings with 73 points and Lloyd is in 17th on 59 points.

Meanwhile, PMR are sixth in the teams' championship with 178 points.

The next round of the British Touring Car Championship takes place at Thruxton on the weekend of 28th-29th August.
