Stratford's Demi and Sky claim English Open medals

Demi and Sky Barnett both claimed medals at the English Open Taekwondo Championships held at Guildford on Sunday.

The T-UK Stratford Club duo were among 424 competitors in the two-day event.

Demi completed a gold double in both mixed boys’ and girls’ patterns and girls’ sparring category to take the English Championship in both under-10 categories.

Sky won a bronze medal in the mixed boys’ and girls’ patterns under-10 section.
