Stratford Town's clash with Poole postponed

It is the second postponement in a row for Stratford, after Saturday's clash with Dorchester Town also fell victim to the weather.

"The pitch is still very wet in places," said club secretary Brian Rose.

"With the possibility of some heavy showers later, the match referee was not prepared to take the risk with Poole having to travel so far."

Town are back on the road this Saturday with a game against Biggleswade Town, before returning to the DCS to face King's Lynn next Tuesday.
