Stratford sisters claim medals at English Championships

STRATFORD sisters Demi and Sky Barnett kicked straight back into action with medal-winning performances at the UITF English Championships in Derby.

The duo both competed in the patterns and sparring disciplines. Sky claimed a bronze, while Demi claimed gold in the patterns.

During the sparring discipline, both Sky and Demi were on top form, beating the other competitors to win golds.

Their next stop is their home tournament — the T-UK British Championships at Stratford Leisure Centre on 1st October.
