Stratford Town Football Club sign Henry Landers from Leamington

Stratford Town have pulled off a signing coup after acquiring the services of Henry Landers from Leamington.

Landers was playing in the National League North last season and Stratford chairman Jed McCrory feels his arrival at the Bards reflects the progress at the club.

McCrory said: "This is a major coup for the club, as Henry arrives with an impressive pedigree, having been named player of the season at his former club.

"His arrival not only strengthens our squad but also highlights the growing ambition and appeal of Stratford Town Football Club.

"I believe this signing reflects the pulling power of the club - a testament to the hard work of our sponsors, the dedication of our volunteers, and the unwavering support of the fans.

"Together, we’re building something special, and Henry’s addition is another exciting step forward."

Landers began his career with Oxford City and joined Leamington from Banbury in 2023, where he won the Southern League Premier during a three year spell. He has also played for Maidenhead and North Leigh.
