Shephard leads Stratford AC home at Ilmington
Shephard finished third overall, while Stratford team-mates Oscar Barbour (6th) and Neil Wicks (7th) also secured a top-ten finish.
Hannah Spriggs, in 54th overall, was Stratford’s first lady runner home, which was enough to finish third in her category.
Spriggs was followed by Charlotte Ramsey (64th, 2nd FV35) and Maureen Birch (157th, 1st FV65), who continued to dominate her age group.
