New players needed at Stratford RFC

STRATFORD are looking to bolster their squad ahead of the new season.

With eight first-teamers departing over the summer, the Black and Whites have started a recruitment drive to help them prepare for the forthcoming Regional Two West Midlands campaign.

Stratford have assembled a 25-strong first team group but the rigours of week-to-week rugby plus the inevitable injuries will soon take its toll.

The Pearcecroft men begin the new season at home to Ludlow on 3rd September in a clash between the fifth and fourth placed teams from last term.
