Jason Plato and Dan Lloyd headed to Silverstone to put the Bidford-based team’s 2021 Vauxhall Astra through its final paces around the National circuit layout before heading to Thruxton for the BTCC opener on 8th and 9th May.

Sporting a brand new livery for the upcoming campaign, PMR enjoyed a productive final pre-season test, with Plato and Lloyd putting in a combined 107 laps in the first practice session.

Two-time BTCC champion Plato finished fourth fastest in 57.609 (50 laps) while Lloyd ended 14th with a best time of 57.836 (57 laps).
