Ali McLean first Newbold-on-Stour Bowls Club player to win Tower Trophy

ALI McLean broke a Newbold-on-Stour BC record when she won the Kineton League Tower Trophy last Saturday.
McLean faced a very tough opponent in Margaret Boldy and trailed for a long time before emerging the winner at 21-20.
This was the first time a Newbold player had ever won the Tower Trophy.
