Kynan Isaac has the ability to thrill supporters, says Town boss Byfield
STRATFORD Town boss Darren Byfield says winger Kynan Isaac has the ability to excite supporters next season.
The former Luton Town wide man becomes Town's third new signing of the summer following the arrival of Brad Maslen-Jones and Jack Coates.
After taking some time out of football, Isaac is back in business at Stratford and Byfield feels the 25-year-old can make a big impact at Knights Lane.
"He's a very good player and is someone who will excite the supporters," said the Town boss.
"Kynan has got that experience of playing higher, while he also brings an ability to go past people. You need that X-factor and I'm trying to get as many of those players in as I can."
After coming through the ranks at Reading, Isaac joined Oxford City before making a switch to Banbury in 2012.
The 25-year-old enjoyed two successful years at the Puritans before he was snapped up on a one-year deal by Luton Town in 2014.
Isaac failed to break into the Hatters' first team though and after a series of loan spells he returned to Oxford at the start of the 2015/16 season.
A move to National League North side Brackley Town followed in December 2016, although he was released by the Saints a couple of months later. Isaac went on to make four appearances at Aylesbury FC towards the end of last season.
