Jake leads Midlands team to victory

The first bell rang and Lee took centre ring and quickly got into a commanding lead with crisp combinations.

Lee showed great form and the pressure of his attacks caused the referee to administer two standing counts during the first round.

The second round took off where the first had left and with only 30 seconds gone the referee stepped in to stop the bout, resulting in a TKO win for Lee.

“It was an outstanding performance from Jake,” said coach Jason Sumners.

“It was also great preparation for the Junior Championships, which he will enter this month alongside his twin brother Jordan.”
