Father and son lead the way in Stratford Angling Association's memorial match

FATHER and son Byron and James Yates took the top two spots in the Stratford Angling Association's Ken Smith Memorial contest at Preston on Stour on Sunday.
Byron took first place with a mixed catch weighing 3lb 15oz 4dr using pole with worm.
Following in his father's footsteps was James, using pole and worm, who included a chub of 2lb 6oz 12dr in his total weight of 3lb 7oz for second.
Paul Lambert took third with 2lb 10oz of perch using stick float and maggot.
