Burdett fires Welford to cup win

Bidford Town U-14s conceded four goals in the final 12 minutes as their Cup hopes ended against Pershore Town. The 4-0 final scoreline was harsh on Bidford but, with no subs to call, they tired in the latter stages.

In the only U14s league game, Badsey Rangers claimed a 5-3 away win at Ilmington United. Sean Bennett, Jasper Sharpe and Will Willing scored for Ilmington.

Bidford U13s recorded their first victory of the season after beating Badsey Rangers 3-1in the Cup. Badsey scored first but Alex Oliver converted an Ollie Davies cross to level and a deflected Alex Ozolins clearance and Daniel Bowen shot sealed victory.

Ilmington United's Harry Cronshaw got two of his side’s three goals to defeat Tewkesbury Town Colts 3-0 but Shipston Excelsior were edged out 1-0 by Welland Junior Lions.

In the U12s Cup, Kieran Hateley was Alester Town Juniors’ man of the match in their 8-1 win at Tewkesbury Town Pumas.
