Stratford Town invest £50,000 on new pitch that will benefit the community

WORK has started on a brand new £50,000 grass pitch at Stratford Town which will not only benefit the club’s numerous teams, but the community as well.
The pitch, located next to the artificial surface, is going to be seeded within the next week or two and Bards chiefs plan for it to be in use for the 2022-23 season.
Once the pitch is completed, the plan is for Stratford Town Reserves to play their home games from there, with FC Stratford moving back to the main pitch at the Arden Garages Stadium.
