Adams: Next four games will make or break our season

Stratford were favourites with the bookmakers to be relegated at the start of the season following last season’s promotion.

A mid-table finish this time around would be more than acceptable for supporters, but last weekend’s win at Histon and Monday night’s draw at Hungerford has raised expectations at Knights Lane.

“It’s put us right in the mix now,” said Adams, whose side moved up to 12th after picking up a point at Hungerford.

“The next four games are just massive for us now, they will shape our season.

“We’ve got to be excited about what is going on at the club. I think we are in a win-win situation, because if people see us finish 12th or 14th as a failure then we’ll take that every day of the week.

“We were favourites to go down at the start of the season.”
