Adams looks for Trophy best
Adams is expecting a tough test against a team just below them in the Evo-Stik Southern Premier.
And after two frustrating performances the Town manager says it is the perfect opportunity to bounce back.
“We had a bad result in the Cup, going out in our first game against Coalville, so the FA Trophy becomes massive,” said Adams.
“The Trophy is important in terms of prestige for the club. It’s not a huge competition finance-wise but it’s a fantastic opportunity to get the club’s name out there.”
Histon lie one place behind Stratford in the table, and recorded a midweek win against Bedworth United.
Stratford have major fitness doubts over Emmitt Delfouneso and Alex Price for the trip to the Fens.
Delfouneso limped out of the midweek Red Insure Cup shoot-out win over Kettering Town with an ankle injury, while Price suffered an ankle problem in last week’s Birmingham Senior Cup victory against Coventry City.
Full-back Aaron Stringfellow will be available after being away in America.
