Adams delighted with response to Dunstable defeat

Aaron Stringfellow and Michael McGrath both struck for Town inside the opening 20 minutes to settle the game and move Town up to 13th in the Evo-Stik Southern League Premier Division.

“That was a great way to bounce back from our poor effort in midweek," said the Town boss.

"It was imperative that we put in a good performance and got a positive result and that is exactly what we did.

"A clean sheet is another plus this afternoon, but I thought that we were always in control and I’m very pleased.”

Town have a tough game at play-off hopefuls Hungerford Town on Monday night before they face Dorchester Town at the DCS this Saturday.
