Walks raise £37,000 for Myton Hospices

ALMOST £37,500 has been raised for The Myton Hospices following a recent series of walks around the Warwickshire countryside.

Setting off from Warwick Myton Hospice, walkers could choose between a casual three mile stroll, a longer six mile walk or a 12 mile hike. Like previous years, many people who took part in this year’s Walk for Myton did so in memory of a loved one who was cared for at Myton.

On return to Warwick Myton Hospice, walkers enjoyed a relaxing afternoon in the sun with a selection of entertainment for the whole family to enjoy.

This year’s Walk for Myton raised £37,469.60 for the charity- smashing the event’s original £35,000 target.
