Villagers 'agog' at sight of rainbow arching over Ettington

A COMPLETE rainbow brightened up the dark skies over Ettington on Saturday, leaving residents 'agog', according to the man who took the picture.

Steve Boreham took this photo in the grounds of Ettington Community Centre just before 6pm.

He told the Herald: "It was an amazing experience that had everyone at the community centre agog; a rare complete rainbow and also double - the outer one is just visible at the sides of the picture - and with defined contrast between dark sky outside and lighter inside.

"In all my 52 years I have never seen one as amazing as this, before!"
