VIDEO: Pavement 'bubbling up' in Stratford?

HERALD reader Louisa Helen Rainbow Randell videod this brief clip of what looks like buckled pavement in the Bancroft Gardens, Stratford-upon-Avon.

It could be as a result of the recent hot weather. Roads have been known to melt and buckle during a heat wave.
