TAKE a look at our video of Warwickshire farmer David Jones' massive tribute to National Health Service workers all over the country. David and his colleagues ploughed a massive heart in a field featuring the NHS letters, a thank you which can be seen from thousands of feet above the field near Stratford-upon-Avon.
