A group of travellers who set up camp in a school bus park in Alcester this morning have moved on.
Around eight caravans and associated vehicles set up at the site on Captain's Hill, in an area used by buses parking at Alcester Academy.
Following a visit from the police, the group left the site in the early afternoon
Paul Hyde, headteacher at Alcester Academy, said: "I would like to thank the police for their assistance and particularly their traveller liason officer Martin Rone-Clarke.
"I would also add that the traveller group were entirely compliant with the police order and have left the site in a good state."
