Time running out to Win a Wedding worth £9,000
The lucky couple will win everything from outfits for the day, to rings, a lavish reception, wedding cake and even a honeymoon. The flowers for the day will be provided by Elizabeth’s Flowers, based in Town Square, in Stratford.
When it comes to that personal touch that every wedding day deserves, Beth Kendall prides herself on helping the bride celebrate the big day with a stunning display of flowers and bouquets. Her business, Elizabeth’s Flowers, specialises in wedding day flowers and she believes the secret to her success is “listening to what the customer wants.”
The former Kineton High School student, who lives in Wellesbourne, opened her business two years ago when she was 19. Since then it has flourished and now she enjoys working with a wide portfolio of clients including some corporate ones.
She completed her apprenticeship and became a fully-qualified florist after studying at Moreton Morrell College, then she boldly launched her own business which she says she “absolutely loves.” “I deal with small and large weddings which always have a different theme,” Beth said.
“I talk with the bride directly to see what’s needed and I’m with them all the way from start to finish. A lot of my business is by word of mouth because this whole thing is about providing a personal service.” She’s very proud to have supplied the flowers and the designs for a wedding recently held at the Royal Shakespeare Company and derives great pleasure from making the wedding day special for the bride and groom and their families.
Beth already has big plans for the future. Before the end of the year she will open her own studio which will allow her to focus even more on giving great customer service and that all important “personal touch” she’s passionate about.
