Thinking caps on for charity quiz

QUIZ whizzes are needed for an event in aid of the Mayor’s chosen charities on Wednesday, (17th October) at the Town Hall.

Stratford Mayor Cllr John Bicknell is hosting a Charity Quiz Night where the gauntlet is down for teams to take on the quiz master and win the crown. Plus there will be a raffle and cash bar. The quiz starts at 7.30pm and tickets are £10 per person, which includes a ploughman’s supper.

The Mayor’s chosen charities – The Shakespeare Hospice, Lifeways and Springfield Mind – have joined forces to host the Charity Quiz Night and are looking forward to working closely with the Mayor over the upcoming year.

They have already organised two more events for 2019 – an Antiques Evening on 2nd February and the Mayor’s Charity Ball on 6th April.
