Fran Nibbs, the trust’s community hub manager, said: “We’re delighted that Crowne Plaza hotel are hosting this event where we are encouraging our local community to embrace pre-loved, repair rather than throw away and grab a bargain.”

This event supports Second Hand September, an annual campaign that encourages people to avoid buying new clothes for the entire month.
