Stratford Town Trust to hold first Members' Surgery
STRATFORD Town Trust is to hold its first Members’ Surgery which will be an opportunity for members to chat one-to-one with Trustees and the Chief Executive, sharing their views, providing input and raising any concerns in a more informal environment than the summer AGM.
The surgery will take place at Stratford ArtsHouse between 12.30pm and 3pm on Friday 3rd June and not this Thursday 26th May at the ArtsHouse as stated in the Herald Midweek paper on Tuesday 24th May.
No appointments are necessary but the surgery is open to members only and membership cards will need to be shown.
The next surgery is planned for the autumn. The Town Trust’s AGM is scheduled for Wednesday 20th July.
Chief Executive Helen Munro said: “We have more than 2,000 members and we want to ensure they know their voice is very important to us. This is a chance for our members to come along and sit down with us to give us their input and discuss any matters they wish.”
