Still time to vote on Stratford's Monopoly board

THOUSANDS of votes have already been cast by the people of Stratford to have their favourite landmarks included on the town’s Monopoly board but voting ends at midnight on Saturday.

Twenty-two landmarks will appear on the new themed board – or ‘Bard’ as it has been nicknamed - replacing the infamous multi-coloured sites from the London original edition.

Shakespeare’s Birthplace and Bancroft Gardens have secured the most votes so far: “Everything Shakespeare in this milestone year is proving exceptionally popular,” a Monopoly spokesperson said.

People have until midnight on 30th April to nominate their places on the Stratford board and here’s how to have your say:
