Special offer on last few homes at Quinton Fields

A special offer has been announced for the last few remaining homes of an exclusive development in the village of Lower Quinton, with flooring included* to give buyers an extra bonus in addition to the stamp duty cut announced recently.

Quinton Fields by Bromford is a development of 44 two, three and four bedroom homes in the rural location of Lower Quinton, six miles from Stratford-upon-Avon and between the picturesque towns of Evesham, Wellesbourne, Moreton-on- Marsh and Bidford-on-Avon. Lower Quinton is a thriving village community with plenty to offer, including the beautiful 16th century College Arms Inn, a post office, local shops, a primary school and medical centre all nearby to Quinton Fields.

With just four homes remaining at Quinton Fields, buyers can choose from the Fieldfare, Kite and show home Harrier.

The four-bedroom detached Harrier is £445,000, offers a floor area of 1452ft and, as the show home, includes flooring, curtains, blinds, lighting and landscaped gardens. With plenty of space for all the family, the Harrier has four double bedrooms, large living room with doors to garden, dining kitchen and versatile snug/play room as well as plenty of parking and a double garage.

The four-bedroom Kite, at £374,000, offers a floor area of 1263 sq ft with kitchen dining area with doors to garden, dining room and lounge with four bedrooms, including master with ensuite.

Priced at £280,000, the three-bedroom Fieldfare is semi-detached, offers a floor area of 899 ft2 with three good size bedrooms, an open layout to the ground floor and garden with side access to the driveway.

Stamp duty cut makes now a great time to move

The recent announcement of a temporary stamp duty cut - raising the threshold to properties costing £500,000 or less until 31 March next year - sends a clear message of confidence to buyers looking to move to a new home, according to Catherine Jarrett, sales and marketing director:

"It's a great time to think about moving, interest rates are low and there are a range of lending options available on the market. In addition, the Help to Buy Equity Loan Assistance enables eligible buyers to buy a new home with as little as a 5% deposit.”

"We've been taking reservations on homes all through lockdown, we're back out on site meeting customers for viewings by appointment and we continue to sell well across the west midlands and south west. I'm delighted this stamp duty cut will give that added boost to customers' confidence when making that important decision to look for and move to their new home.”

Enjoy a warm welcome at Quinton Fields

Viewings by appointment only, show home open 7 days a week, 10am – 5pm.
