Charity Christmas cards on sale in Stratford will help good causes
IF you’re popping into Stratford why not take advantage of two Christmas card pop-up shops and give something back to charity during the season of goodwill?
The annual card shop at the United Reformed Church starts on Saturday 4th November and continues every Friday and Saturday until 9th December from 9.30am to 3pm. It’s a good cause all round as over 90 per cent of takings go to charity, there’s easy access at the church in Rother Street and it means this year’s Christmas cards are in the bag.
It’s also worth popping into Stratford Library in Henley Street where Cards For Good Causes has set up shop selling cards, gift wrap and decorations in aid of over 70 local and national charities with over £40 million raised in the last decade alone.
