Police renew appeal following fatal Warwick collision




Officers investigating a serious collision in Warwick are continuing to appeal for witnesses or information.

Police were called shortly before 12.20pm on Saturday 29 September to a report of a collision involving a silver Ford Fiesta and a pedestrian on Castle Bridge, Banbury Road.

The pedestrian, a 77-year-old man, sustained serious injuries and was taken to hospital by air ambulance. Sadly, he later died in hospital on Thursday (4 October).

Investigating officers would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision. If you have any information, please call Warwickshire Police on 101 quoting incident reference 190 of 29 September 2018.
