Police investigate road rage incident
Police are investigating a road rage incident on Saturday in which a cyclist reached inside a motorist's car and threw her keys into hedge.
The incident occurred on the road from Sutton under Brailes towards Banbury when three cyclists, riding three abreast on the country lane, made no attempt to slow down for an upcoming vehicle.
A female who was in the vehicle with a six-year-old child, stopped and spoke to the cyclists at which point one of them reached into the car, removed the keys from the ignition and threw them into a hedge.
The cyclist's actions caused severe alarm and distress to the driver and the occupants of the vehicle, and the road was blocked for a considerable time before the vehicle could be removed.
The keys were not found and police are appealing for help to identify the cyclists who were all wearing green and black cycling gear.
