Parish council argues the case for new Wellesbourne surgery

Wellesbourne Parish Council have been urging residents to write to local MP Jeremy Wright and to the SWCCG to explain why the new surgery is needed in the village, while more than 1,800 people have signed a paper and online petition calling for the SWCCG to back the plan.
Cllr Prior said: “We strongly presented our case for the new medical centre and I think they took some of it on. We’ve had a good response to the petition which is great to see.
“We really need this medical centre, the existing Hastings Medical Practice is not fit for purpose.”
