THIS Thursday's Herald sees the first in our new 12-part Profile series of full page interviews.

Each month we turn the spotlight onto a high profile member of the local community and find out all about their careers and lives in an in depth chat with our reporters.

Find out when they last cried and why, as well as who they'd most like to share a dinner party with and what advice they would give their younger self.
