Miss Windsor, 37, of Betjeman Close, Stratford, appeared at Warwick Crown Court yesterday (Thursday) where she had previously appeared in June with four other defendants.

No application was made for bail and she was again remanded in custody.

Mr Wallace, of Arden Street, Stratford, died after being involved in an incident in Birmingham Road during the later afternoon on 22nd June.

The court has heard he died after it is alleged he was subjected to ‘a sustained assault by way of kicking, punching and stamping.’

Three men, Toney Jelf, 39, of Childs Close, Stratford, Peter Mallon, 41, of Rumer Close, Long Marston, and Neil Potter, 36, of Oakdene Court, Clopton Road, Stratford, are also charged with murder.

Florence Caines, 26, was charged with the theft of Mr Wallace’s phone, and Miss Windsor was facing a charge of attempted theft from the victim as he lay motionless on the ground.

A plea and case management hearing is due to take place on 24th and 25th September at Birmingham Crown Court instead.
