Man to appear in court following Fosse Way collision

A 24-year-old Shipston man will appear in court next week charged with drink driving following a collision on the Fosse Way.

The collision occurred at 3am on 30 April near Stretton, with police officers arriving to find a Ford Focus ST upside down and straddling both carriageways.

The driver was checked over by paramedics but escaped with just minor cuts.

He will appear before magistrates in Leamington on 15 May.
