Lower Quinton male charged with outraging public decency

A 33-year-old man from Lower Quinton has been charged with three counts of outraging public decency.
It follows incidents that took place in Lower Quinton on 20th July, 28th August and 16th September 2016.
Peter Sebastian Howell, of Bastyan Avenue, was bailed to appear at Leamington Spa Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, 11th January 2017. A condition of his bail is that he is not to be within 50 metres of any school.
