Reports on page 1 and 5, and readers' reaction on page 6.

Mop Fair season is upon us, and it started in Alcester on Monday and Tuesday, moving to Henley tomorrow (Friday) and Saturday, and then Stratford on Sunday and Monday.

We report on free Wi-Fi coming to Stratford town centre, proposals for a watered down form of pedestrianisation, an eyewitness account of Tuesday's bus crash near Preston-on-Stour and pictures and a report from the reopening of Stratford Leisure Centre on Saturday.

Our spotlight is shined on the work of the Citizens Advice Bureau and on our weekly Business Matters page we continue the countdown to Small Business Saturday and meet two Shipston ladies who hope their new venture will bloom.

There's also tickets to giveaway to Legoland, two pages of arts and entertainment, featuring a preview of a new exhibition at Compton Verney,

and three pages of sport.

But one of the highlights of this week's paper is the happy, smiling faces of our first batch of new school starter as we begin a new feature Reception Classes feature. Every week for the coming weeks the Herald is publishing pictures of Reception Classes across our patch.
