House fire in Lighthorne Heath

FIRE crews from Gaydon and Leamington were called to a house fire at midday on Monday in Lighthorne Heath.

On arrival crews were faced with smoke coming from the two doors to the front of the property. Breathing apparatus teams were deployed and the fire was quickly under control.

Fire investigation is ongoing but early indication is that there has been a fault within the electrics in the utility room adjacent to the kitchen, the fire service said.
