Henley Street bollards to be raised again

An agreement has now been reached whereby the district council will secure the area for pedestrians and the county council will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the bollards. The confusion as to who was in charge of the bollards stems back to last November when the district council handed over traffic and parking management to the county council following an agreement made by the two.
