Go the extra mile for Sport Relief

The one-mile run starts at 11am with the two longer runs getting underway at 10.30am.
Danny Tolhurst, active communities officer at Stratford District Council, said: “The Sainsbury’s Sport Relief Mile in Stratford is here and it’s your time to walk or run yourself proud. “From little ones with their mums and dads, to runners up against the clock there’s something for everyone on this special day.”
Sport Relief takes place from Friday, 18th to Sunday, 20th March.
Half of all the money raised by the public is spent right here at home in the UK, with the other half used to make a difference in the world’s poorest communities.
