Celebrity chef Jean Christophe Novelli was the star of third and final day of the Stratford Town Centre Food Festival yesterday.
He took up residence in the Waterside Cookery Theatre to stun the audience with his famous sugar caramel displays at 11am, and continued with masterclasses on how to cook ratatouille and the perfect steak.
Elsewhere visitors enjoyed roaming around the 100 food stalls, including the popular crepe stall, Pimm's teapot, paella stall and gourmet hot dogs (see pictures), and the ever popular food and ale trails.
See November's issue of Focus magazine for the Herald's interview with Jean Christophe.
